The client needed to operate construction and carpentry tools inside buildings before an active grid connection was available.
The system had to support demanding power-tool loads while remaining compact enough to carry between different work areas.
Engineering Approach
EION configured an 800 Wh lithium battery system using high-density NMC cylindrical cells selected for high-discharge operation.
The resulting architecture combines 1,200 W output, dual AC connections and a portable enclosure with an integrated handle.
USB connections and Bluetooth monitoring were also incorporated to support everyday operation and system visibility.
